We are looking for a Workflow Manager who will help refine our process and the people involved. Your role includes following multiple projects from their inception through to their completion. You’re potentially the right fit if you possess the skills to organize multiple types of projects and team members to meet competing deadlines.

 

You will be at the center of a large client team touching every project. As such, you should assume responsibility for the deliverables for the overall account and in helping others to support them. Your position requires you to serve as a liaison between many different parts of the agency to help more effectively facilitate communication. As manager, you may also interact with multiple vendors in order to ensure a client’s vision is executed flawlessly after it has been presented for approval.

What you need:

  • Ability to be extremely detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organization skills

  • Understanding of project management software a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite software a plus

  • A strong collaborative working style

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Technological competence and ability to learn quickly, taking initiative to seek out information to be able to solve problems on the fly

What you would do:

  • Manage workflow for a multi-million-dollar account with 30+ team members

  • Manage a wide variety of project schedules, including collateral, point of purchase materials, social, web, digital and all forms of advertising

  • Manage projects with timelines, from client request to completion, ranging from weeks to hours

  • Gather thorough input from on-site and off-site project managers and other team members

  • Establish due dates upon consulting with account leadership regarding timing

  • Obtain creative and production specs from vendors, media team members and project managers

  • Follow up on due dates that were established for all phases of each project

  • Keep all involved parties informed on the current status of all jobs in progress via ongoing communication and daily status reports

  • Initiate and follow up on the preparation of production estimates as needed

  • Submit all copy and layouts for proofreading

  • Solicits approval for all work internally prior to submitting for client approval

  • Ensures deadlines are met by all creative and production team members
