What You NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related/applicable field

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in working in digital project management

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, such as SMS/Mobile, Web, Social Media, Shopper Marketing, and/or e-commerce

  • Proactive, strategic thought leadership

  • A desire to lead in a collaborative way that inspires both the agency and client to do great work

  • Ability to clearly communicate and assign tasks to all team members

  • Ability to effectively manage, prioritize and report on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational, writing, listening and comprehension skills

  • Exemplary problem-solving skills, using a sound system of judgment to thoroughly analyze various options before making a decision

  • Ability to articulate and defend the agency’s recommendations and points of view

  • Solid understanding of advertising fundamentals, including: branding, planning, positioning, strategy

  • Knowledge of production management a plus: collateral, broadcast, digital, print, events

  • Knowledge of digital media fundamentals

What You Would Do:

  • Be the tip of the spear driving production processes in digital, social, and web development

  • Proactively lead, supervise and orchestrate client and agency resources, demonstrating and utilizing high brand, category and market knowledge for assigned accounts

  • Intimately understand the client’s business, industry and competition

  • Provide input in development of marketing, communications and media plans

  • Effectively interact with clients in a way that positively impacts the agency relationship, including coordination and presentation of new initiatives, long-range plans, tactics, budgets and timelines

  • You will be able to and prepared to present project status, anticipated issues, and/or recommendations on tasks, deliverables, or processes to agency leadership and clients.

  • Attend client meetings, consistently providing relevant news, competitive information and value beyond the client project list

  • Work with Account Director to lead client planning processes, track timelines and deliverables, and manage staff and resource allocation on assigned accounts

  • Effectively collaborate with and manage agency, client and vendor/partner resources as needed for client success and agency profitability

  • Handle multiple tasks easily, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines and client/agency expectations

  • Consistently collaborate with team members throughout the work process to foster, facilitate and consistently deliver great work that is on strategy, on time, and on budget

  • You will bring a positive attitude to lead the charge delivering great work as promised for our clients on time and on budget

  • Consistently be a dedicated student of your client’s industry

  • Ensure work is on-strategy, appropriate for brand and approved by senior management

  • Collaborate with team to manage all production components as needed – timelines, budget compliance, legal approvals, talent costs, etc.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating, initiating and overseeing delivery of accurate financial and job tracking reports
