We’re looking for an experienced Management Supervisor for a health system client who can be the lead on the clients business.

We’re looking for an experienced Media Supervisor. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be skilled in working with diverse groups of people. You would be a key day-to-day manager of clients’ media plans by helping coordinate and direct cross channel media campaigns. With an emphasis on digital media, you would help assist the Associated Digital Director with the clients’ digital business. This includes helping plan, coordinate and direct all digital and social advertising campaigns. Experience needed in planning, buying and reporting of display, online video, mobile and paid search. Whether its via social networks, programmatic or individually placed buys, building plans that drive engagement is what you crave. You will be responsible for developing presentations, solving problems, analyzing research and anything else required in making our clients and agency successful.
What You Would Do:
Work directly with the Associate Engagement Director to help maintain ultimate accountability for the quality, strategy, and integrity of all media plans/strategies/services delivered to clients, resulting in the cultivation of client loyalty and retention.
Build well-crafted, well-researched cross channel media plans, while delivering best-in-class optimization and reporting.
Continually seek a consumer-centric view in all strategic thinking.
Provide POVs on various digital media efforts in the marketplace.
Be the agency’s on-the-ground information source, attending meetings on behalf of the agency and client and reporting back to both.
Intimately understand the client’s business, industry and competition, and leverage that knowledge to help generate new ideas to strategically grow their business.
Inspire while leading by example in developing, motivating, mentoring, and coaching team members.
Effectively interact with clients in a way that positively impacts the agency relationship, including formulation and presentation of new initiatives, long-range plans, tactics, budgets and timelines.
Work with the rest of the Engagement team to help identify and execute ways to align and drive content distribution/promotion and social media engagement with a client’s business goals in concert with an overall marketing campaign.
Work under minimal supervision to track timelines and deliverables, and manage resource allocation on assigned accounts.
What You Need:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in working in an agency environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of media planning and buying from a Traditional Media perspective with a concentration in Digital Media, Paid Search, SEO, Mobile, etc.
Proficient in utilizing MRI, Scarborough, Neilsen and SQAD media tools for cross channel planning
Solid understanding of interactive research tools such as Ad Relevance, comScore, AdWords and Google Analytics, and the interaction of these tools.
Experience in tag management including floodlight tracking. Experience with retailers in this area a plus.
Spot broadcast buying experience is a plus.
Obtain a strong and broad analytical skill set and critical thinking for site/campaign optimization.
Background in measurement and analysis of multichannel and integrated marketing campaigns preferred.
Ability to effectively manage, prioritize and report on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational, writing, listening and comprehension skills.
Experience utilizing a reporting dashboard tool such as Tableau or Domo is preferred.
Ability to translate insights into strategy and creative platform and then pull through tactics.
Confident, self-starter and leader who can multi-task.
Deep understanding of multi-channel communication trends with an expertise in database and digital marketing.
Fluent in digital mathematical concepts with an ability to translate data into well-articulated ideas.
A thirst for digital/social problem solving and a demonstrated ability in this area.
