Our DG village does it all, all over the country. Last year alone, we helped launch 120 new stores – with vendor co-op TV commercials, radio, mobile text alerts, digital banners, mobile billboards and more for support.
Along the way our event teams served over 40,000 free hot dogs, 92,000 pounds of free hams and over a ton of popcorn. Our TV work earned DG its first-ever EMMY Award. And in 2013, Dollar General experienced record sales and earnings, with sales up 9.2% and earnings up 10%.
