A design-minded creator who takes a concept and figures out how to bring it to life by building, coding and optimizing responsive landing pages, selecting/editing/optimizing images and video, preparing files and maintaining digital assets. You would own end-to-end email HTML development and digital campaign asset production including design, animation, programming build out and technical QA.

Who You Are:

A design-minded creator who takes a concept and figures out how to bring it to life by building, coding and optimizing responsive landing pages, selecting/editing/optimizing images and video, preparing files and maintaining digital assets. You would own end-to-end email HTML development and digital campaign asset production including design, animation, programming build out and technical QA.


What You NEED:

  • 5-7 years of experience producing interactive projects working in an agency environment or in-house design department

  • Provide a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating relevant work

  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, composition, color theory, typography, etc.

  • Solid understanding of types of user experiences possible by current and cutting-edge digital technologies

  • Solid ability to independently research and troubleshoot solutions to problems as they arise

  • To be detail and deadline oriented, with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects while collaborating actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

  • Ability to accommodate rapid change requests, executing new layouts/requests with little oversight

  • Be highly organized, with the ability to switch tasks based on priority and work under tight timelines

  • Be solution-driven, highly creative, and able to improvise

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Fully versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Animate CC/Flash/Edge, InDesign, Illustrator)

  • Motion design experience using relevant programs like Animate/Flash and Greensock animation library.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, as well as WordPress and experience with responsive design

  • Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery and PHP development a plus

  • Experience with digital user interface design, usability testing, understanding of browser capabilities and limitations

  • User Interaction design experience a plus

What You Would Do:

  • Develop digital communications, including finalizing layouts and creation of web-ready assets for user-friendly websites, rich media, HTML5 banners, microsites, landing pages, email campaigns, mobile application components, video and animations to be brand consistent with an overall campaign

  • Taking designs and prepping files for release to ensure proper functionality once live

  • Convert concept mockups to digital assets for use in multiple platforms

  • Support the execution of new creative ideas with the creative and digital team

  • Organize, maintain, and archive all digital design files

  • Help with quality control including troubleshooting, double checking of work and proofreading

  • Retouching photos and artwork, resizing and formatting images

  • Managing revisions, updates, versions and assets of creatives

  • Collaborate with the development as well as creative teams

  • Ensure consistency of brand look throughout all communications, while ensuring the quality of all assets are aligned with artwork specifications/standards
