Since our pioneering venture into the neighborhood, the Gulch itself has been designated as one of over only 13 neighborhoods in the world with LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Over 75 businesses have followed BOHAN’s lead in relocating here

And there are 12 collaborative workrooms, niches, patios and “war rooms” to promote group concepting and ideation.
